LexIA, tax and accounting assistant — pilot

A tool we built because we needed it ourselves: find the applicable rule quickly, without replacing the judgement of the person applying it.

What LexIA does

  • Find an applicable tax rule or accounting treatment for Togo and the OHADA region quickly
  • Explain the logic behind a filing obligation or a tax mechanism
  • Prepare a question before speaking to your adviser, so the time you spend together goes on deciding
  • Flag the points that genuinely warrant a professional's involvement

What LexIA does not do

  • It provides general information; advice fitted to your situation comes from a professional
  • Reviewing your file, professional judgement and audit work remain with our teams
  • Every engagement is governed by a separate engagement letter
  • Keep it for general questions: confidential and identifying data goes through our secure channels

How we govern it

LexIA sits under the same commitments as the rest of our artificial intelligence work: a defined purpose, documented limits, named human accountability, and professional verification before any decision. We would rather ship a tool with an explicit scope than one that promises more than it can hold.

Open LexIA

LexIA is freely accessible. It is a service distinct from this site, hosted on a subdomain and governed by its own terms of use and privacy notice.

A question the tool cannot settle?

That is usually a good sign. Describe the situation and we will point you to the right person.
