Independent assurance your stakeholders can rely on

We produce an opinion that is reasoned, documented and defensible — and, along the way, a useful reading of your controls and risks.

What we help you solve

  • Financial statements whose reliability is being questioned by a donor, a bank or an investor.
  • A first audit to prepare for, with no clear view of what will be asked or in what order.
  • Audit findings that recur year after year without ever being resolved.
  • A close that drags on and ties up the finance team for weeks each year.
Incompatibility. Independence calls for a clear separation between statutory audit and bookkeeping. We raise it at the first conversation and help you build a compliant structure.

Who signs your report

Statutory audit is a regulated engagement: only a professional on the Ordre's register may accept and sign one. Mandates are accepted and signed by Tchata Koubonou, expert-comptable registered with ONECCA-Togo under number 101.22.A1. You know, before any engagement, who will sign your report and in what capacity.

What we do

  • Statutory and financial-statement audit
  • Internal audit and controls assurance
  • Agreed-upon procedures
  • Grant and project audits
  • Accounting and reporting assurance
  • Audit readiness and remediation
  • Quality management and audit analytics

Standards and regional context

Our work follows the International Standards on Auditing (ISA), the revised SYSCOHADA framework and the requirements of the OHADA Uniform Act on commercial companies and economic interest groups. For entities applying IFRS or donor frameworks, we adapt the approach without diluting the standard.

How we work

Discover

We frame the context, the risks and stakeholder expectations before proposing an approach.

Design

We build an approach proportionate to the real risk, not to a standard format.

Deliver

We carry out the work with documentation that stands up to third-party scrutiny.

Assure

We report clear conclusions, workable recommendations and an agreed follow-up.
