Data we collect
We collect only the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form or an application: name, work email address, optional phone number, organisation, service of interest and the content of your message. We also measure site traffic without cookies and without individual identifiers.
Purposes
Your data is used to respond to your enquiry, assess a possible engagement, process an application and meet our professional and legal obligations. It is not sold, transferred or used for unsolicited marketing.
Legal basis
Processing rests on your consent, on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and on compliance with legal and ethical obligations.
Retention
Contact enquiries are retained for twenty-four months. Applications are retained for twelve months. Data relating to an accepted engagement falls under our professional archiving obligations.
Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to firm personnel who need it. Our technical providers (hosting, email) are bound by confidentiality commitments. Any transfer outside Togo is governed in accordance with Law 2019-014 on the protection of personal data.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to contact@falconauditconsulting.com; we respond within one month.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Administrative access is individual and protected by multi-factor authentication. Incidents affecting personal data are subject to a notification procedure.
Related services
LexIA, our tax and accounting assistant, is hosted on a separate subdomain and is a distinct service governed by its own terms and privacy notice. This policy does not cover data you enter there. Do not submit confidential data or anything that could identify your own clients.
Complaints
You may refer a matter to Togo's personal data protection authority (IPDCP) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
